Be Grateful, Don't Be Pissed

So I lost the Saturdays with Dr. Pauly 5-week series by .1 points. One freaking yard. One lousy spot of the football.

And for 2nd place, I got squadoosh.

Yeah it sucks, but I'm not looking at today, I'm looking big picture. As I said in a previous post, standings on a leader board are meaningless. (Unless cash is involved, which in this case wasn't much.)

FSL has been a windfall of free cash for me over the past year. While I readily admit that I gave some of that cash back, it has made me a solid profit.

Plus, fantasy football season 2008 has been perfect on FSL. Five winning weeks, zero losers. I'm pretty grateful for that and I haven't even run very hot this year.

As I look to tomorrow, hockey season starts on FSL with a chance to play for cash EVERYDAY between now and the end of the year. (Save three days and Christmas.) I expect hockey to be a good source of income.
