Not Sure Which Way To Turn

It's been a rather "meh" week around these parts. Nothing going too much in either direction.

I had another mild winner in fantasy football. My QB has sucked both weeks so far. Hoping for a better performance in week 3. Right now I rank 8th in the BFFB2 and 9th in Sundays w/ Dr. Pauly.

I quit fantasy baseball for the remainder of the season. The weather has been too wonky, plus 40-man rosters = a lot of subs killing off your point scoring opportunities.

Hockey starts right around October 1st.

I haven't played any poker this week. I'm starting to get an itch, however. Maybe I'll play a freeroll and see if I still have the desire to play after that.

I went 1-2 in football picks last week. My bad on Toronto, I missed their firing of the head coach. The Argos are in total disarray.

Nothing sucks worse than going .500 in my picks. You can't make anything going with me and you can't make anything going against me.

Plays of the week: NCAA, LSU (-2.5) @ Auburn. Finally, weather is not a factor. CFL, BC Lions @ Saskatchewan (-2.5). Although I like almost anyone against Hamilton, I'll take the strong Roughriders at home. NFL, Jets (+9.5) @ Chargers. NY is good enough to keep it close. [2008 YTD 9-10.]
