I've been working on my new kitchen every day. With years of grease to remove, I'm sore from all of the scrubbing.
I cannot praise my steam cleaner enough. It cleaned all of the walls and made a crusty old sandwich station shine.
I planned to take today off, but I'm sitting here thinking about what I can get done this afternoon. There is still so much to do.
I have to make a trip to CNY on Friday, but I plan to start serving over the weekend. A few days to work out the kinks before I start publicizing my dishes.
